Refund & Returns Policy

At NorvoLondon, customer satisfaction is important to us. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return your item(s) in accordance with the policy below.

14-Day Return Period

You have the right to return your order within 14 days of receiving your item(s), without providing a reason.

To be eligible for a return, the item must:

  • Be unused, unworn, and in its original condition.
  • Include all original packaging, tags, and accessories.
  • Not show any signs of wear, damage, or alteration.

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.

Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as Norvo London cannot be held responsible for lost or damaged return shipments.

How to Request a Return

To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team at:

Please include:

  • Your order number
  • Your full name
  • The item(s) you wish to return

Our team will provide you with the return instructions.

Refunds

Once your returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the status of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Depending on your payment provider, it may take additional time before the refund appears in your account.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is the result of our error or a defective product.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at Norvolondon@gmail.com. Include your order number and clear photos of the issue so we can resolve it as quickly as possible.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned unless they are faulty:

  • Gift cards
  • Personalized or custom-made products
  • Final sale or clearance items (where stated)
